KVKK Policy (Personal Data Protection)

Definitions

• KVKK: Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
• Personal Data: Any information belonging to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as identity, address, telephone, e-mail, ID number, driver's license number, or passport number.
• Protection of Personal Data: The protection of any information that serves to make a natural person's identity identified or identifiable.

As BULUT YAPI, we prioritize the security of your personal data and process it within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). With this text, we aim to inform you about the purpose of processing your personal data, legal reasons, collection methods, to whom it will be transferred, and your rights.

As the data controller BULUT YAPI, the personal data we collect from you will fall into categories such as identity information, contact information, transaction security information, and other data that may be included in your messages.

Your personal data is processed based on "the necessity of data processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller," as specified in Article 5/2-f of the KVKK, and with your explicit consent. Furthermore, this data is collected for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations and developing internal company activities.

Application Procedures and Principles

You can share your requests regarding your rights specified in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 with us through the communication channels provided at the bottom of the Agreement:

Your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be requested according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Rights of the Data Subject

According to Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, and to request the correction, deletion, or destruction of your data. Additionally, you have the right to inquire whether the processing activity is in accordance with its purpose and to learn about third parties to whom your data has not been transferred.

• Objecting to the analysis of processed data by automated systems resulting in a negative outcome for you
